Going BananasIn the short film Mouthwatering, I aimed to convey how inanimate objects can serve as sexual metaphors that are used to degrade women. I drew inspiration from Andy Warhol’s early work in silent film, while cultivating a sense of innocence through the color palette, set design, and wardrobe.
In Banana Carpenter, I created a mod 60s-inspired short film about my little friend, the Banana Carpenter. In this 40-second film, viewers watch him embark on a journey of love and loss, set to a classic Gillian Hills track.
